CarCrazee app not working?
CarCrazee should work with any iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad with iOS 4.3 or later. Try uninstalling the app and installing it again.

1. Is the app compatible with all iOS devices?

Currently, CarCrazee is only available for iPhone, iPod Touch with OS 4.3 and higher. 



2. Will it soon be available on Android?

Yes, our developers are now working on an Android version of CarCrazee. It should be out by mid-2013



3. How do I log in?

Two ways to log in: Register first and log in using the account you just created. You may also log in using your Facebook account.



4. I have already registered. Now what?

Once you have your account created, you may log in using your email and password.



5. What do I do if I lost my password?

Click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address you used to register for CarCrazee. We will then reset your password and a new password will be sent to you shortly.



6. What is "zoom in"?

To "zoom in" means to follow a user on CarCrazee.



7. What is "zoom out"?

To "zoom out" means “not to follow” a user on CarCrazee.



8. What is a "zoomer"?

A zoomer is a person following you and has access to your photos.



9. Why are there random pictures on my home screen?

If you haven't uploaded any pictures or "zoomed in" any friends, the home page will feature random user posts by default.



10. What are these buttons on the tab bar?

From left to right, the buttons are: Home, Profile, Camera, Search and Friends. Swipe left to view Popular Cars, Top Rated Brands, Facebook, Twitter and News.



11. What is the News button for?

The News button on the tab bar will show you all the latest articles from top sites like Top Gear.



12. Where is the search bar?

Tap the search button to see the search bar. This will help you explore random users' photos, search for users or vehicles by brand, model and location.



13. How do I find or invite my friends on CarCrazee?

Just tap on the search button on the tab bar that can be swiped and enter your friend's name in the search bar.

You may also search for users with whom you have something in common. The search tool can also help you find profiles by car brand, model and location. Add users to your friends by list, then start looking at their profile and photos.



14. How do I add users to my friends list?

Add users by visiting the user's profile and tapping the zoom in button on the upper portion of the screen.



15. How do I remove users from my friends list?

To "zoom out" of a person's profile, just tap on the zoom out button on the upper portion of the friend's profile.



16. How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 10 photos per album or vehicle.



17. If I can only upload up to 10 photos per album, do I have to create another account for another car?

No. Although you are only permitted up to 10 photos per album, you may create an infinite number of albums.



18. What photos are acceptable?

Only car photos are acceptable. Cars with people are also acceptable, although photos of other vehicles such as motorcycles, scooters, and ATVs are not.



19. How do I flag an inappropriate image?

A red button on the left hand corner of each image will help you flag an inappropriate image. Tap the button to alert the CarCrazee moderator.



20. How do I delete an album?

To delete an album, click "Profile" on the tab bar that can be swiped and tap on the "Account Summary" button on the upper right hand corner. Long press on the album you want to delete and a pop-up message will verify the action.



21. How do I delete an image?

To delete an album, click "Profile" on the tab bar that can be swiped and click on the "Account Summary" button on the upper right hand corner. Tap on the album with the image you want to delete and then long press on the image. A pop-up message will verify the action.



22. Can I change the colours on my pictures using CarCrazee?

Unfortunately CarCrazee does not offer any photo-editing features since it is strictly a photo-sharing, social networking application for car owners and enthusiasts.



23. How do I distinguish a personal photo from a fan photo?

On the upper right portion of the photo, you will see an icon. The icon with an image of a person beside a car is a personal photo, while the icon with a "like" image beside a car is a fan photo.



24. How do I delete an account?

For now, user accounts cannot be deleted. Please wait for future updates.
